• Commercial flights to and from Nassau are readily available from the United States and Internationally via Locair or through Orbitz. Once in The Bahamas, flights are available to Rum Cay via Cat Island Air.

  Rum Cay’s new runway has been completed by the Bahamian Government. The smooth, sand-finished, paved airstrip is 5000 feet long and 100 feet wide.

  

  

  By Sea

  If arriving by boat, the entrance to Sumner Point Marina is a straight forward and the channel is well marked carrying a depth of 6 feet at low tide. When your boat reaches the way point, which can be found in most cruising guides, you can pick up the first mark which will be to the left of the starboard side along with the rest of the marks within the channel. Marina slips will accommodate boats up to an 8-foot draft. Call them on channel 16 upon arrival, at the first mark, for further instructions.

Yohoho House - A three bedroom deluxe oceanfront home with breathtaking views of the Caribbean. This charming beach house is suitable for between 2 and 10 guests and reservations are accepted up to one month depending on the time of the season. Amenities include - Satellite TV, Internet and kitchen.   Rates range from $600 to $1000 per night. Captains Quarters at the Yohoho House –  Individual and multi night rooms are available in the deluxe accommodation category with amenities including Satellite TV and Internet. Rates range from $175 to $250 per night depending on the season. For booking info click here.

Private Residences – beachfront and non-beachfront homes are available for short term or long term rentals. Many come with personal chefs, maid services, private guides, transportation and boats. These charming homes are suitable for guests numbering between 2 and 10 guests and reservations are accepted for up to one month or more depending on the time of the season. All homes have full amenities including - Satellite TV, Internet and kitchens. Rates range from $300 to $750 a night. Sumner Point Marina Bungalows – Sumner Point Marina Bungalows – Four quaint oceanfront bungalows are available at the Sumner Point Marina.  These bungalows are perfectly situated at the marina and are in walking distance from the docks and boats. The picturesque beach is just feet away from your front door.  Pricing for these bungalows start at $85 per night depending on availability.  The spectacular Out of The Blue Restaurant, a 5 star dining experience adjoins the marina. Rum Cay Villas – Situated on the picturesque north coast and found within the Paradise Is Mine project, this 10 acre Boutique Hotel and Day Spa will feature high end luxury amenities to guests expecting only the finest. The hotel and spa will feature an international gourmet restaurant, beach club, masseuses, and personal concierges which will pamper guests with 5 Star services.
